Cancellation policy
Canceling the Entire Membership Protocol:
Either Party may terminate the Health Coaching Services with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Termination by either Party before the end of the applicable Term may entitle Member to receive a prorated refund of the unearned Services Fees. Upon the death or disability of Company’s primary professional responsible for delivering the Health Coaching Services, or upon the death of Member, any previously paid Services Fees shall become non-refundable, and this Agreement shall immediately and automatically terminate.

Late Appointment Cancellation Protocol:
Health Coaching Services are conducted by appointment only. Company will contact Member at the time of Member’s scheduled appointment, as well as send reminder emails as a courtesy. If Member is unable to keep the scheduled appointment, Member must notify Company by phone or email at least thirty-six (36) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, Member shall pay Company a fee of $50.00.
